Nature-loving families, wreck divers and anglers from all over Europe make a pilgrimage to the region around Korshamn all year round to hunt for pollock, ling, cod, wolffish and the like. And they are quite successful. From an angler's point of view, you can really say that pretty much the entire "range of fish" in southern Norway is represented there - and can also be caught! In terms of fishing, the area is challenging, but always good for special catches. In summer, masses of mackerel invade the fjord. You can fish between the islands and skerries in the protected fjord area, or you can drive towards Korshamn with its sandy plateaus, directly into the mouth of the Rosfjord and fish there on the steeply sloping cliffs and on the plateaus. Mackerel, flatfish, plaice and even mefo catches are possible from the jetty in the harbor.
